🎉 Welcome to our community + don't miss our empowering Upcoming Event! 🗓️
Hey there, Triangirls!
Last weekend we wrapped up an amazing Saturday at Silicon Milkroundabout and we met so many of you awesome tech pros 🥳
The energy was off the charts, and we're buzzing from all the new connections we made. From Product Management to UX/UI Design, Digital Marketing to Data Analytics - we chatted, networked, and made some fantastic new Triangirls friends. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
Next Stop: Empowerment with Bumble! 🐝
Now, we're already revving up for our next big event, and we're over the moon to announce that it's sponsored by none other than Bumble! 🐝. Join us on June 8th for a night of empowerment under the theme, "Fierce and Fighting Back."
With many women’s and trans rights being under attack, it feels like we're being pushed backwards. But nope, we're not standing for that. We're creating an event where our community can unite, learn how to fight back, and empower each other.
Our awesome speaker line up

✨ Tina Gurung
Tina Gurung is a first-generation Nepali diaspora and a Product Design Manager at EY. Her experiences as a STEM professional and a survivor of trauma have forged her passion for inclusive leadership and safe workspaces. Tina's personal journey highlights the challenges of underrepresentation and lack of mentorship in the workplace, driving her to foster a supportive community for minorities.
✨ Sarah Boateng

As the founder of IGEA Enterprise, she's empowered over 4000 women and girls with safe period resources and entrepreneurship skills. Sarah's work with the United Nations and World Health Organisation underscores her commitment to advancing girls' education and reproductive rights globally.
✨ Micha Nicheva
A Bulgarian-born designer, researcher, and neurodiversity advocate, Micha leads the Design Strategy practice at Reason and serves as a DEI board member. Their journey through a homogenous corporate culture inspired them to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, advocating for recognition of unique confidence and competence. Micha brings to the Triangirls panel their approach of "quiet activism", demonstrating how to instigate change without needing a megaphone or placard
The event will kick off with a warm welcome, drinks, and food. We'll then hand over the reins to our generous sponsor, Bumble, for a brief introduction. Following this, we'll dive into a panel discussion on our core theme, answering your queries and fostering conversations.
Please note that entry is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage you to join us early. Bring a friend along and make it a special evening of connection and camaraderie!

We're going to miss her, but it also means we're on the hunt for new volunteers! If you're up for organising events, managing social media, or curating our newsletter, reply to this email. We'd love to chat! 💌
